This radio is a General Electric model 428 from 1955. The plastic case is in great shape, with no cracks or chips. This radio has been electronically restored to working condition. All repairs have been done using vintage parts, by hiding modern parts inside the shells of the originals, or by using reproduction parts, thereby preserving the under-the-chassis appearance as well as the outward look.
