Air King Model 4705

This radio is an Air King model 4705 from 1947. The bakelite case is in good shape, with no cracks or chips in the plastic. There is a small dent in the plastic dial cover, over the '70' marking on the dial. This radio has been electronically restored to working condition. All repairs have been done using vintage parts, by hiding modern parts inside the shells of the originals, or by using reproduction parts, thereby preserving the under-the-chassis appearance as well as the outward look.
